kanajii smiled, kanajii vanished and appeared behind rei in the same nanao second he left, kanajii laughed, boo!

Rei merely closed her eyes. She opened them and they were a light golden colour. She grabbed Kanaji's right arm and judo tossed him over her shoulder. She appeared above him bringing her rightb heel down channeling a large amount of Reiatsu into her foot.

kanajii caught the foot and rammed his heel into rei's other leg, he then kicked up with tremendous force.

Rei flipped herself in mid air. a pair of wings made of flames shot from her back. She dive bombed towards Kanajii. She landed behind him and swept him of his legs. She fell back wrapping her legs around his neck. She pushed up with her hands and tossed him into the ground. She raised herself and the Shinigami and started to spin with her hands. She released her grip and sent Kanajii flying., She flipped onto her feet.

kanajii shunpo'd up to rei and roundhouse kicked her in the head, as she flew away kanajii shunpo'd behind her and used a reverse spinning heel kick, rei went flying again, kanajii use shunpo one more time and appeared above rei, he axe kicked her in the stomach, she hit the ground with incredible force, a huge crater was formed from the power of the kick.

Rei got to her feet completely unscratched. A small barrier of flames appeared over her stomach, "Fire Shield. Perfect defence." rei sprung forth and kicked Kanajii in the chin. She appeared above him and performed a spinning axe kick to his head. She fired a ball of flames that took the shape of a phoenix.

kanajii stood and simply absorbed the fire, he smiled, one of my elements is fire... it does no harm to me kanajii winked, he wasn't injured in anyway, he drew his zanpuktou, burn through the night, ryuu hikage.... i really wanted to show someone this...the opportunity never came...but i'll show it to you. kanajii said as black flames poured from his body. kanajii then sheathed his zanpukto, his image blurred, it was impossible to see where he was, he was like a shadow, ryuu kage shadow movement.... kanajii said in a low voice, kanajii walked forward, as he did a clone formed, he stepped forward again...another formed, everytime he moved, a clone appeared taking the spot where kanajii was before. kanajii then stopped, he gave a silent command, all walked forward, their movements blurred, they started to change shape, they wrapped around kanajii's body, layering him completely in shadow...kanajii walked forward, no more clones were made, but his movements made anyone who looked sick with dizziness, kanajii stopped slightly in front of rei, and took a stance.

Rei gave a sweet smile, "I might as well take you seriously."

Flames engulfed her sword, "Ignite Fuegoave (Fire Bird)!" Red flames engulfed the woman. FLames died down as a giant phoenix shot forth incinerating a large portion of hollows.

Rei's hair had turned to red flames. Flames ran along her shoulders fore arms and ankles making shoulder armour, arm guard and shin guards. In each hand was twin pair of katanas their blades made of flames. a pair of phoenix wings made of flames shot from her back. She wore a bright red battle Kimono. Flames ran along her sleeves. A sash of white flames wrapped around her waist.

kanajii moved forward... Assasination technique, kill from behind. kanajii disappeared with shunpo.

Flames erupted from, Rei's back .The flames slammed into Kanajii tossed him back. Rei spun she gripped her twin blades and swung them both unleashing twin waves of flames.

a laugh came from all around rei, the kanajii like body that rei had blasted away disappeared in a wave of shadow, kanajii appeared from rei's shadow, and punched her in the chin with explosive force, rei was knocked far away... once again kanajii disappeared.

The rei in the air dissolved into flames. A girlish giggle was heard. Rei's form became visible. Flames radiated from her body. her flames exploded covering the entire area. The shadows started to vanished.

BlackPlauge moved closer to the fight between rei and kanajii. Well this is getting interesting.

kanajii laughed.... his form appeared from the shadow under rei's chin, wherever there's light, there's shadow, kanajii elbowed rei in the face and disappeared again, rei was thrown back from the force of the elbow.

Rei landed on her feet. Her body dissolved into flames. Towers of fire shot up from all over the battle field. Rei's laugh hung in the air.

kanajii laughed, he appeared up high, he yawned and with a wave of his hand, his shadow technique lifted, kanajii waited for rei to reappear.

Rei appeared behind Kanajii. She kicked him in the back and fired a cero after him as he plummeted to the ground.

kanajii appeared behind rei, his sword at her neck, kanajii made a small cut, the wounds bled only tiny amounts, kanajii laughed he backflipped then shunpo'd in front of rei and kicked her in the stomach...rei went flying.

The rei in the air turned into blood. Rei appeared behind Kanajii cutting him across the cheek with a long nail. Stepping back she licked the blood of her finger. She licked her lips. She charged him and unleashed a volly of sword jabs.

kanajii sighed as he dodged the swords, the air around them started to shimmer, kanajii stopped moving back, shadow tendrils flashed suddenly, Rei was suddenly unconscious, she started to fall, kanajii shunpo'd and caught her, he laid her down on the ground, kanajii then walked over to plauge, Yo!

kanajii laughed, i havn't used that technique in 50 odd years... kanajii sat down, blood still dribbled from the cut on his cheek.

The rei on the ground suddenly burst into flames. Flames flickered as Rei was turned to ash. Flames flickered as Rei stepped forth. She dusted ash off her body, "I always hate doing that."
