I want you to climb to the top with..." Roshi turned to a giant boulder half the size of a menos, "You will climb with that tied to you." Roshi pointed a large amount of rope tied around the boulder.roshi grabbed the end and in an instant the rope was tied around Plauge's waist. San sighed, "Oh this exercise."

Roshi took a step back and grinned, "Increase." Plauge's weights went from 5 to x8 (=16x earth's normal gravity).

BlackPlauge slowly began to climb up the rocks, struggling from the weight.

Roshi was at the top sipping on a cup of Tea. Shira was off to the side picking up boulders five times the size of the one Plauge was carrying and walked them over to the opposite side of the mountain.

Roshi looked at plauge. Snapping his fingers a feast appeared, "Come eat Plauge and same with you Shira.". Shira put the massive boulder done and walked over to the table grabbing a piece of cooked fish and started to eat.

With a click of his fingers the weights went from 8 down to 0. The tattoos slipped off reforming into arm bands and ankles bands. San waved to Roshi, "See ya gramp pa!"

BlackPlauge stood up and bowed as he left. He retuned above ground looking for Las Noches. He saw it far off in the distance. He almost instantly apeared at the front of Las Noches. "Wow, the old man's training has made me alot faster!"

"What do you expect Plauge with what he put your through and also the gravity weights its bound to make you faster." San moved down and hid in one of Plauge's pockets, "I'll hide here."
